Personal data we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Your name, contact details and correspondence.
• Identity, nationality, residency, immigration, family, education, employment, financial or business information relevant to your application.
• Documents and records you choose to provide for review.
• Consultation notes, service records and payment information.
• Website information such as IP address, browser or device details, pages visited, referral source, campaign identifiers and cookie identifiers.
• Photographs, videos or testimonials where you have agreed to their collection and use.

If you provide data about a family member, sponsor or another person, you must be authorised to provide it. A parent or legal guardian should provide data concerning a child where appropriate.

We do not ask you to disclose your Singpass password or OTP. You retain control of your ICA account, declarations and final submission.

Why we use personal data

• Arrange consultations and provide the agreed service.
• Organise and review information and documents, identify missing items and conduct review meetings.
• Administer payments, records and client support.
• Protect our website, systems, clients and business.
• Meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
• With your permission, measure advertising performance and understand website use.
• Publish approved testimonials or media only for the purposes to which the individual consented.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share relevant data with providers supporting website hosting, secure document storage, communications, email, payment administration, analytics or advertising. We disclose only what is reasonably required for the relevant purpose.

We may also disclose data at your direction, with your consent, to professional advisers or public authorities where legally required, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety or security. We do not disclose data to another organisation for that organisation's own marketing without separate consent.

Some providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, we take appropriate steps to ensure transferred data receives a comparable standard of protection. Third-party services, including WhatsApp and official ICA services, have their own privacy practices.

Cookies, attribution and advertising

Necessary technologies may be used to operate and secure this website. Campaign parameters may be retained in session storage and added to a WhatsApp enquiry so we can understand how the enquiry reached us.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies, including Meta Pixel, are activated only after you accept optional measurement. If enabled, they may process browser, device, campaign and website-interaction information. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent you from viewing the website or contacting us.

Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to review or change your choice whenever optional measurement is active.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only while reasonably required for the purposes described above or for applicable legal and business needs. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Subject to the PDPA, you may ask how your data has been used or disclosed, request access or correction, withdraw consent for a particular use, withdraw from marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal applies to future handling and may affect our ability to continue a requested service.

If you previously consented to publication of a testimonial, photograph or video, you may contact us about withdrawing consent for continued or future use.
