How Does Our Money-back Guarantee Work?
1) Service Fee, Purpose & Intention: We offer our specialist Singapore PR application service at SGD2,000 with the intention to help all our clients and their families get approved for Permanent Residency / Citizenship by the local authorities (subject to ICA decision).2) Ethical Commitment: While we help manage the preparatory process and final submission of your application onto the ICA online portal, approval lies solely with the ICA.3) Confidentiality: We take your privacy seriously. All personal data and documentation are safeguarded professionally and will never be shared with any external parties.4) Payment Terms: Full payment of SGD 2,000 (inclusive of 9% GST) is required upon confirmation. Fees are strictly non-refundable, except under our outlined refund policy.5) Refund Policy: In the rare case of three consecutive unsuccessful applications (including appeals), we offer a SGD 1,500 refund (after deduction of SGD 500 as an administrative fee). Refunds are processed within 30 days of the final rejection.If the client's S Pass or Employment Pass is not renewed by employer and lost the right to remain in Singapore, we offer a SGD 1,500 refund (after deduction of SGD 500 administrative fee) on a conditional case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed within 14 days.6) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: All agreements are recognised by all parties concerned to be of civil commercial nature in totality, governed by Singapore Law, and any disputes will be resolved amicably through the Small Claims Tribunal, if necessary.
